WALSHAW HOUSE is a long established residential home for the elderly set in its own grounds in a pleasant area of Rhyl, Denbighshire, North Wales.

We are a family home caring for the many needs of the individual. 
Mrs Lamb is a qualified nurse who specialises in the care of the elderly.  Our staff are trained to the National Vocational Training Standard NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4.  We are extremely proud of our standing within the community for our reputation as a provider of quality care.

In addition to our care staff we also have the benefit of diversional therapists who encourage and assist our residents, with regular visiting physiotherapist, dentist, optician, chiropodist, hairdresser; and doctors from all the local surgeries, with whom we have excellent relationships.

We offer a counselling service with information on such things as fees, funding and state benefits.  This service is of course free and without obligation.
