Service User's Charter

The Service User's Charter

wqd

The aim of our Service Users Charter is to describe the standards and quality of service a service user should expect to receive, and to ensure that the services provided meet the needs and wishes of the Resident.

It is intended that services provided by Walshaw House centre upon the rights, wishes and aspirations of the service users. Implicit in the Charter is the commitment to enable service users to maintain access to the full range of entitlements enjoyed by all members of society.

We at Walshaw House are committed to providing services on an individual basis, ensuring that wherever possible service users receive a service that meets their needs, choices and aspirations.

The service user's Charter is a part of the continuing process of informing service users of their rights and privileges so as to allow them to make informed choices with regard to their care.
